Opus One Solutions receives up to $1M from Elemental Excelerator to expand into Hawaii and Asia Pacific region

Opus One to deploy grid-scale project over the next 18 months with regional partners

HONOLULU – October 25, 2017 – Today, Opus One Solutions was recognized by Elemental Excelerator, an industry funded program that helps innovative companies “change the world one community at a time”.  Opus One will receive up to $1M in funding to develop a project to optimize distribution grid operations with increased interconnected distributed energy resources in the Hawaii and Asia Pacific region.

Opus One Solutions, a leader in smart grid software engineering solutions, has been chosen as one of 12 companies from 450 innovative companies around the world to join the Hawaiian accelerator and will expand the deployment of their award-winning software platform, GridOS®, to the region. Opus One is currently working with more than 12 utilities in North America.
