Toronto, ON, January 20th, 2017 – Opus One Solutions Energy Corporation (Opus One) announces the appointment of Paul Feldman to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Feldman brings a vast amount of experience to Opus One as past Chairman of the Midcontinent ISO (MISO) and as a former Board Director of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). He was CEO of Columbia Energy, CEO of Utilicorp United and SVP of AES Corporation, one of the world’s leading power companies.

Mr. Feldman currently serves as a Board member at AMP Electric and EnergySec, a non-profit consortium missioned to strengthen the cyber security posture of critical energy infrastructures. He also serves as a member of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado on the Energy Systems Integration Technical Review Panel.
Mr. Feldman began his career with AT&T and Bell Labs where he remained for 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as vice president of worldwide manufacturing. In 1995 he transitioned to the energy utility industry.
He and his wife Jeaneen have 4 children, and he is an avid climbing and mountaineering enthusiast.
